1.     Graduate of any four (4) year course in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Entertainment Multimedia, or any related field.
 
2.     Applicant must have Analytical mind, be able to look at their work from the point of view of their client and examine how the designs develop will be perceived by the client to ensure they convey the client desired message.
 
3.     With very good communication skills
 
4.     Computer literate
 
5.     Must possess artistic ability, must be able to create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to clients.
 
6.     Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Video Clips presentation.
 
7.     Very good in time-management, ability to cope with several projects at a time, meet target and deadlines.
 
8.     Creative – should be able to think new approaches and develop unique designs that convey recognizable meaning on behalf of their clients
