The Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Specialist to join the sales team and take ownership of the outbound sales function.

  • This position is based in our St. Francis Square (Mandaluyong) office.
  • You will join the Outbound BD function of the business.
  • This is a pure hunter role. You will be required to prospect and identify new business opportunities across AU, NZ, Singapore and beyond. Both from internal lead lists provided and self directed prospecting.
  • Build, develop and maintain a healthy new business sales pipeline.
  • Achievement of revenue targets.
  • Development of strategic territory plans.
  • Conduct product demos, articulate Burst’s value propositions, build rapport and nurture high quality leads through to paid customers.

Daily Duties and Tasks

  • Prospecting for new clients.
  • Conducting meetings with potential clients.
  • Creating contracts and deal terms.
  • Calling and email clients.
  • Account management of her existing accounts.
  • Price quoting potential clients.
  • Presenting platform demos to clients.

Job Requirements:

Skills, Experience, and Qualities

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in an outbound sales position.
  • Experience working in a technology/SaaS environment, in a business development capacity.
  • Background dealing with SME and mid-market businesses, specifically owners and marketing managers.
  • A proven hunter and relationship manager with strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrable commercial negotiation & conversion skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and impeccable phone manner a must.
