Responsibilities:

• Perform end to end account management from strategizing up to handling escalation
• Responsible in managing a team of Japanese speakers supporting client needs
• Handle account meetings to improve performance and ensure deliverables by closely coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders
• Perform training of new staffs and coaching for members improvements
• Monitor team’s KPI’s and create monthly performance report

 
業務内容：
・戦略の設定からエスカレーションについてアカウントをマネジメントすること
・クライアントのニーズを満たすため日本語チームをマネジメントすること
・パフォーマンスを向上するため、またステークホルダーと協力して、成果を出すためにアカウントミーティングを主宰すること
・新入スタッフをトレーニングすること。メンバーのコーチングをすること
・チームのKPIをモニタリングする事また、月次レポートを作成する事

Requirements:

• Native Japanese
• Someone who can speak, read and write Japanese
• Preferable JLPT N1/N2 Level (Certificate is not required)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• With at least 3 years Managerial experience in Customer Service field
• Strong people management skills
• Amenable to work in Taguig City
