Medical Technologist main duties are to conduct routine laboratory analysis and perform routine laboratory practices and tasks required in the conduct of tests and orderly operation of the laboratory. The following are some of its job responsibilities:
 
·      Receives and verifies identity of client.
·      Instructs and prepares examinee for different specimen collection procedures.
·      Performs quality control of laboratory processes regularly to ensure system accuracy.
·      Coordinates timely performance of preventive maintenance and calibration of all laboratory equipment.
·      Monitors inventory level of supplies; reagents barcode coordinates appropriate requests to superior.
·      Keeps logbooks and daily outputs updated and completed on time.
·      Prepares required monthly summary reports and submit for appropriate filing
 

·      Graduate of BS in Medical Technology
·      Registered Medical Technologist
·      Computer Literate
·      Good communication and interpersonal skills
