The Job 

This role requires you to build strong client relationships through ongoing support, responding to clients' needs and being on top of account's activity. You will be expected to be an expert on the product, best practices and insights. 

Upon successful onboarding of clients, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand expectations and identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. You will collaborate with internal teams to address issues and resolve them in a timely manner. You will gather feedback and translate them into insightful recommendations to improve product and ensure a high level of customer renewals. 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will also be leading a team and providing training and support to team members as required. You will ensure that the team and yourself work towards and achieve set KPIs. 

Job Requirements:

The Profile 
  • You have a degree in related field with at least 5 years experience within a Customer Success role. Prior supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
  • You are customer-oriented and are always putting their needs as priority.
  • You are analytical and can make strategic decisions quickly.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are always looking for ways to improve product/process.
