Job Description

I. ROLES

Provide general legal services for the whole organization from the legal documentations, execution of procedures and other legal matters.

II. ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Legal documentations
  • Establish documented Legal Procedures of the company
  • Prepare and update Masterlist Guidelines of Contracts
  • Identify all legal documents of the whole organization and preparation of its Masterlist/ guidelines.
  • Prepare, review or revise all contracts of the company.
  • Process renewal of contracts, licenses, accreditations or other necessary permits of the company in coordination with the department heads.
  • Record, safekeep and control creations of legal documents like Affidavits, Secretary Certificates, Board Resolutions, Special Power of Attorney, Authorizations and the like
  • Checking legal forms for accuracy like affidavits, documents for notarization and the like
  • Prepare legal correspondence and draft all sort of legal documents
  • Preparing declarations
  • Preparing formal complaints
  • Perform legal researches
  • Execute Legal Procedures and provide legal services based on requests
  • Prepare legal documents required for any legal issue
  • Conduct interviews initiate legal investigations like interviews of witnesses, etc.
  • Help prepare affidavits, legal arguments, draft pleadings and motions
  • Represent the company during legal hearings, negotiations and representations provided that a Secretary Certificate and Board Resolution or authorization is secured
  • Investigating cases
  • Organizing and tracking case files

  • Employee Discipline
  • Ensure that all Incident Report is attended, resolved, Disciplinary Actions are implemented and coordinated to the respective Department Managers or subcontractors.
  • Monitor lead time of Incident Report resolution which must be within 1 week.
  • Preparation of necessary documents related to discipline as recommended by Department Managers and filing to employees respective 201 file within 5 days upon receipt of Incident Report.
  • Facilitate admin hearings with Adhoc committee and legal counsel if necessary
  • Listening and taking necessary action on employee’s complaints and concerns.
  • Real Property Taxes
  • Secure and update Masterlist Guidelines and records of all properties
  • Responsible in the timely and accurate Real Property Tax payment of all properties
  • Records and control issuances or releases of copies of titles, tax declaration, or RPT receipts or any pertinent documents related to properties.
  • Initiate establishment of Fraud Management Committee and its procedures
  • Provide legal assistance on overall organization
  • Coordination with Legal Consultants

REPORTORIALS:

  • Updated status of Legal Service Requests
  • Monthly Disciplinary Action Monitoring Report (Per Employee/Per Department)
  • Monthly Incident Report/ Violation Monitoring (Direct and Subcon)
  • Status of Legal Cases
  • Updated Regulatory and Statutory Requirements Checklist
  • Contract Monitoring Update

MEASURES:

  • Legal Document Request Efficiency within 2 days
  • Legal Service Request Efficiency Rate
  • Resolution of Leadtime of Violations/Incident Report within 10 days
  • Contract/Permit Monitoring
  • Timely and accurate Annual RPT Payment

 

Job Requirements:

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education:Graduate of Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or any

legal discipline

Experience:Preferably with at least 2-3 years related experience;

prepared legal documents, attended hearings

Skills:documentation skills; strong coordination & monitoring skills

Attributes:Analytical, people-oriented, keen on details and must have a strong personality

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 6:00PM
  • Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am to 3:00pm
