As a VA, you will be providing back-office support to our clients (US-based Insurance Agencies), assisting in the agency's daily administrative activities. You will be performing a diverse array of tasks that include policy checking, data entry, audit follow up, claims follow up, etc.

Virtual Assistants can be trained to do multiple tasks, including:

  • Cancellation Processing Evidence of Insurance
  • Policy Checking
  • Lienholder Changes
  • Data Entry for Qoutes
  • After Hours Phone Service
  • Changes to Billing
  • Basic Certificates

  • Requests for Copies of Documents

  • Claims Follow Up
  • Data Entry for Remarkets Payments

Reading Comprehension is the KEY!

Candidates must possess the following:
  • Neutral Accent
  • At least 2 years BPO working experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
